Absen's application for IPO was approved, with no more than 21.06 million shares planned to be issued

This issuance of Absen will be conducted through a combination of offline price inquiry and allotment to investors and online pricing and issuance to public investors who hold the market value of non-restricted A-shares in the Shenzhen market. The company's public issuance of new shares will not exceed 21.06 million shares, and the company's shareholders can publicly offer no more than 4.2 million shares, of which the initial offline issuance number is 17 million shares, accounting for 80.72% of the total issuance; the online issuance number is the final issuance total minus the final offline issuance number.
