Enterprises that provide self-developed raw materials or component products for the first time and form an effective supply chain will be rewarded with a maximum of 3 million yuan based on 5% of the total sales contract in the first year (2.5% for both parties); companies whose total sales contract has increased by more than 20% year-on-year for two consecutive years will be rewarded with a maximum of 3 million yuan based on 5% of the increment (2.5% for both parties).
Expand innovative applications of product chain. For manufacturing companies that purchase new display products for the first time and use them in terminal products, a reward of up to 3 million yuan will be given based on 5% of the purchase contract value in the first year.
Strengthen the development of production and service industries. For enterprises that provide production services such as equipment maintenance, parts cleaning, inspection and testing, focusing on production and manufacturing, if the service income reaches 5 million yuan, a subsidy of up to 3 million yuan will be provided based on 3% of the actual income; if the service income has increased by more than 20% year-on-year for two consecutive years, a subsidy of up to 3 million yuan will be provided based on 3% of the increment.
2. Strengthen innovation drive
Focus on breakthroughs in key core technologies. Those who independently develop new display technologies and equipment manufacturing technologies (materials, devices) such as glass substrates, liquid crystal materials, organic light-emitting materials, photoresists, color photoresists, organic chemical solvents, targets, flexible circuit boards, flexible display base films, touch modules, electronic paper, precision optical lenses, optical modules, 4K/8K chips, editing systems, recording and storage equipment, exhibition platforms and other ultra-high-definition video equipment (software, systems), and high-power For lasers, photolithography machines, etching machines, optoelectronic chips, silicon photonic chips and other devices (materials, systems), companies with an annual sales revenue of more than 5 million yuan will be given a subsidy of up to 3 million yuan based on 20% of their R&D investment; for companies that independently develop technologies (processes) such as masks, color filters, polarizers, driver ICs, etc., with an annual sales revenue of more than 10 million yuan, a subsidy of up to 3 million yuan will be given based on 16% of their R&D investment.

For enterprises or industry associations that focus on the clustering, integration and ecological development of the city's new display industry and provide platform services such as upstream and downstream manufacturing collaboration, industry-university-research collaboration, resource data sharing, product inspection and testing, industry communication and decision-making consultation, a subsidy of up to 3 million yuan will be given based on 30% of the actual investment.
Deepen the function of promoting exhibitions and events. To give full play to the role of exhibitions, enterprises or industry associations that undertake industrial chain investment promotion conferences and promote the actual settlement of three or more enterprises will be given a reward of 500,000 yuan; enterprises or industry associations that undertake supply chain cooperation talks and promote cooperative transactions with more than six upstream and downstream enterprises will be given a reward of 400,000 yuan, and each cooperative enterprise will be given a reward of 100,000 yuan.
