Zhenmingli announced the results of the disciplinary hearing. The Listing Committee has determined that the company and its directors have not violated Rule 13.09(1) of the Listing Rules and decided not to impose any sanctions or give instructions to the company and its directors.
In March this year, the Secretary of the Listing (Disciplinary) Committee of the Stock Exchange issued a letter stating that the company had suffered losses for the year ended March 2012 and that it had failed to publish an announcement as soon as possible to inform shareholders and the market of the relevant expectations. It was recommended that certain disciplinary actions be taken against the company.
