Xingyu Technology, Xinlian Integration and Jiufengshan Laboratory signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the industrialization process of Micro-LED
On March 10, Changzhou Xingyu Automotive Lighting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xingyu Shares"), Xinlian Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xinlian Integrated") and Hubei Jiufengshan Laboratory signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Wuhan. The three parties will integrate their respective advantages in automotive lighting, chip manufacturing and compound semiconductor research and development, and jointly promote the research, development and industrialization of cutting-edge technologies such as Micro-LED automotive lighting, optical communications, and AI display. As an important measure to promote the implementation of strategic cooperation, Xingyu Co., Ltd., Xinlian Integration and Jiufengshan Laboratory jointly funded the establishment of "Wuhan Xingxiguang Technology Co., Ltd." (referred to as "Xingxiguang"). Xingxiguang plans to invest 3 billion yuan to build Micro-LED intelligent light technology research and development and manufacturing projects. The company will focus deeply on the industrialization of Micro-LED technology, using advanced automotive lighting business as a solid foundation, and further expand into cutting-edge fields such as micro-display and optical interconnection.
