The announcement shows that Sanan Optoelectronics and its wholly-owned subsidiaries have received a total of RMB 558.2996 million in revenue-related government subsidies this year (unaudited), of which RMB 400.00 million has fulfilled information disclosure obligations on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on March 9, 2022 and June 22, 2022, and other daily government subsidies received total RMB 158.2996 million.
Judging from the subsidy details, the wholly-owned subsidiaries that received subsidies include: Hubei Sanan, Hunan Sanan Semiconductor, Quanzhou Sanan Semiconductor, Xiamen Sanan Optoelectronics, Xiamen Sanan Semiconductor, Xiamen Sanan Integrated, Tianjin Sanan, Wuhu Anrui Optoelectronics and Chongqing Anrui Optoelectronics. Among them, the two highest amounts were 200 million yuan, and the recipients were Hunan Sanan Semiconductor and Quanzhou Sanan Semiconductor. The project contents were financial subsidies for three types of technology funds.
Currently, Hunan Sanan Semiconductor is building a silicon carbide semiconductor industrialization project and has signed a SiC chip procurement contract worth 3.8 billion yuan. Quanzhou Sanan Semiconductor is building a semiconductor R&D and industrialization project (Phase I) and an integrated circuit industrialization project, respectively focusing on gallium nitride, gallium arsenide, special packaging business, and filter and packaging business.
